MemberPress Backend Deactivated
If you have a missing or expired license, and the grace period has expired, you’ll see a message alerting you that your MemberPress backend is deactivated.

Reactivating is easy! You just need to enter a valid license key:
- Find your current license key on the Downloads tab of your MemberPress.com Account Page.
- Click on the copy icon to copy the license key to your clipboard. Then go to MemberPress > Members, and paste your license key in the field provided.
- Click the Submit button.
No Licenses Found
If your subscription has expired, the Downloads tab on your MemberPress.com Account Page will show a message saying "No licenses found". This problem is easy to fix! To get a valid license key, simply resubscribe or purchase a new license.
