MemberPress Backend Deactivated

If you have a missing or expired license, and the grace period has expired, you’ll see a message alerting you that your MemberPress backend is deactivated.

Reactivating is easy! You just need to enter a valid license key: 

  1. Find your current license key on the Downloads tab of your MemberPress.com Account Page.
  2. Click on the copy icon to copy the license key to your clipboard. Then go to MemberPress > Members, and paste your license key in the field provided.
  3. Click the Submit button.

No Licenses Found

If your subscription has expired, the Downloads tab on your MemberPress.com Account Page will show a message saying "No licenses found". This problem is easy to fix! To get a valid license key, simply resubscribe or purchase a new license.
