Why is the Value column on the Members Screen Double?

Problem: The “Value” column on the Members screen shows double after a single transaction. 

Solution: Click on the subscription for that user. Then click on the number of transactions for that subscription. Add the following to the end of the url in the address bar and click enter: &include-confirmations. Delete the transaction with the status of “Unknown”.

Explanation: There is a known bug where sometimes these hidden confirmation transactions are not properly set to 0 when a completed transaction comes through. We are working to fix this issue and hope to have a permanent fix in place soon.
